Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
• You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
• Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
• If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. •

Insurance and Superbills
Coral Seco, LMHC is an out-of-network provider. She DOES NOT accept any sort of insurance.
She can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance company to see if you can be reimbursed for services rendered. Coral Seco, LMHC does not provide any insurance service (eg. Seeing what your out of network benefits are, calling the insurance on your behalf) outside of providing a superbill for services that have been paid. If you do request that therapist speak to someone from your insurance or engage with the insurance company in any capacity outside of the monthly super bill, you will be charged per hour as this would be taking time out of seeing patients.
It should be noted that this cannot be submitted for reimbursement by insurance. Please be advised that the therapist cannot guarantee you being reimbursed for services as she is not on any panel. It is your sole responsibility to attend to any of your insurance services and ensure that you qualify for reimbursement via-superbill.
